Sam Maus, Director of Construction With more than 40 years of construction and construction management experience Mr. Maus has built over 10,000 multifamily units throughout California for some of the largest builders in the country. His expertise also encompasses single-family tract homes, office buildings and shopping centers. Mr. Maus was educated at the University of Southern California. Additionally, Mr. Maus maintains an active California Contracting license. Kirsten Surprenant, Chief Financial Officer Ms. Surprenant has been in the property management business for over
15 years, and has extensive experience in managing finances for multi-family
and commercial development throughout California. She has managed the
day-to-day accounting for over 21,000 units, as well as reviewed and
analyzed company financials and performed other due diligence necessary
to successfully close significant real estate transactions, including
the raising of equity for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Ms.
Surprenant graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of
Science (B.S.) degree. Additionally, Ms. Surprenant holds a Master of
Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Pepperdine University. |
