Sam Maus, Director of Construction With more than 40 years of construction and construction management experience Mr. Maus has built over 10,000 multifamily units throughout California for some of the largest builders in the country. His expertise also encompasses single-family tract homes, office buildings and shopping centers. Mr. Maus was educated at the University of Southern California. Additionally, Mr. Maus maintains an active California Contracting license. |
